Susan is the owner, broker, and originator of Linton Real Estate, LLC. An Arizona native and graduate of Northern Arizona University, she has dedicated her entire professional life to real estate, serving the communities of Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, and the Verde Valley.
In addition to successfully leading her firm, she takes great pride in her accomplishments in commercial real estate. She holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, awarded to a select group of practitioners, reflecting advanced expertise in commercial sales, leasing, and consulting.
Over the decades, the real estate industry has evolved tremendously since she was first licensed in 1978. The journey has been both challenging and rewarding, and she is grateful to have built lasting relationships along the way. She has had the privilege of working with several associates for more than 30 years and now works alongside the next generation, including her daughter, Michelle Linton.
She is honored to be part of a dedicated team whose collective knowledge and experience allow them to serve their clients with the highest level of professionalism and care.
Outside of her professional life, she finds joy in growing flowers in her gardens in Flagstaff and Camp Verde, a passion that brings balance and creativity to her everyday life.
