Susan is the owner, broker, and originator of Linton Real Estate, LLC. An Arizona native and graduate of Northern Arizona University, she has dedicated her entire professional life to real estate, serving the communities of Flagstaff, Prescott, Sedona, and the Verde Valley.

In addition to successfully leading her firm, she takes great pride in her accomplishments in commercial real estate. She holds the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, awarded to a select group of practitioners, reflecting advanced expertise in commercial sales, leasing, and consulting.

Over the decades, the real estate industry has evolved tremendously since she was first licensed in 1978. The journey has been both challenging and rewarding, and she is grateful to have built lasting relationships along the way. She has had the privilege of working with several associates for more than 30 years and now works alongside the next generation, including her daughter, Michelle Linton.

She is honored to be part of a dedicated team whose collective knowledge and experience allow them to serve their clients with the highest level of professionalism and care.

Outside of her professional life, she finds joy in growing flowers in her gardens in Flagstaff and Camp Verde, a passion that brings balance and creativity to her everyday life.

With more than 40 years of full-time real estate experience, Bruce Bourne is recognized as one of Flagstaff’s most trusted and consistent top producers. A graduate of UCLA, he began his career in the highly competitive Southern California market before relocating to Flagstaff in 1993.

Bruce offers extensive local knowledge and broad experience across Northern Arizona, specializing in residential, land, commercial, and investment properties. His attention to detail, strong communication, and skilled negotiation ensure a smooth and successful experience for both buyers and sellers.

A longtime Flagstaff resident, Bruce raised his family in the community and maintains deep local ties. Outside of real estate, he enjoys backcountry skiing, mountain biking, pickleball, and gardening. Known for his professionalism and integrity, Bruce skillfully guides clients through today’s evolving real estate market.

Kathi has been a broker for over 20 years and has extensive experience in residential home sales in and around Flagstaff.  Her main area has been in selling raw land west of Flagstaff and in the Parks area, gaining an understanding of Septic systems, Hauled Water, and Investment opportunities. 

Mia was raised in Flagstaff with a deep appreciation for the unique beauty and character of Northern Arizona. Raised among the pines and mountain landscapes, she brings a genuine local perspective and a strong connection to the community she serves.
With a background in art and graphic design, Mia has a natural eye for detail, aesthetics, and presentation—an advantage when it comes to marketing homes and helping clients see the full potential of a space. Her creativity, combined with a true passion for real estate, allows her to approach every transaction with both strategy and style.

Mia is dedicated to making the buying and selling process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. In addition to real estate sales, Mia offers limited property management services for clients. Having grown up in Flagstaff, Nikki is proud to call it home. Aside from a few years in Phoenix attending Arizona State University, she has spent most of her life in Flagstaff and feels deeply connected to the community and everything it stands for.

She returned to Flagstaff with her husband, Matt, to raise their two daughters, Abi (11) and Lily (3), drawn by the strong sense of community, outdoor lifestyle, and the values that make the area so special.

Nikki has been a licensed real estate agent since 2016 and brings a background in marketing and creative strategy to help her clients stand out and succeed in today’s market. She is passionate about guiding clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and care.

Outside of real estate, Nikki enjoys staying active in the community and spending time playing soccer and softball with her girls. You can often find her cheering on her alma mater, the Coconino Panthers, staying involved in youth sports that support girls and young women, or cheering on her favorite football teams.

After her many years of working with Seniors, helping them through their transitions, Liz realized the greater contribution she could make as Realtor serving the 50+ market.

Carolyn Salberg is a Northern Arizona real estate professional with nearly 20 years of experience serving clients throughout Flagstaff, Sedona, the Verde Valley, Prescott, and the greater Phoenix area. A graduate of Northern Arizona University and a resident of Flagstaff and Sedona for more than 30 years, Carolyn brings deep regional knowledge, strong community connections, and extensive market insight to every transaction.

Carolyn represents clients in both residential and commercial real estate, working with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and tenants. She specializes in commercial leasing and sales, helping businesses and investors identify opportunities that align with their long-term goals. To further strengthen her expertise in investment analysis and commercial property strategy, Carolyn is currently pursuing her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, one of the most respected credentials in the commercial real estate industry.

Known for her strategic approach, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to client service, Carolyn guides her clients through each step of the process with clear communication and careful attention to detail.

Outside of real estate, Carolyn enjoys taking advantage of the incredible outdoor lifestyle Arizona offers, including hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, and exploring the scenic landscapes of the Southwest.

Since 1996 I’ve built my real estate career in Northern Arizona working with Linton Real Estate, a locally owned brokerage that has remained my professional home for 3 decades.

Over the years, I have experienced the full range of real estate cycles-navigating both the highs and the challenges -while continuing to adapt and grow alongside the market.

In addition to residential sales, my background in property management allows me to stay closely connected to the rental market, giving my clients valuable insight whether they are buying, selling, or building an investment portfolio. I take pride in forming lasting relationships, both with new clients and those I’ve had the privilege of working with throughout my career.
Outside of real estate, I recharge by spending time with my family boating on the Colorado River -a place that helps me reset, stay balanced, and continue doing what I love with energy and focus.

Michelle Linton is a third-generation real estate professional with over 22 years of experience in Northern Arizona. A Flagstaff native, she specializes in both commercial and residential real estate, representing sellers, buyers, and investors across a wide range of property types.

Known for her integrity, strategic insight, and creative deal-making, Michelle brings a results-driven yet approachable style to every transaction—making the process not only seamless, but genuinely enjoyable. She is a CCIM candidate, a Certified Short Sale Specialist, and served as the 2025 President of the Northern Arizona Association of Realtors.

Deeply connected to her community, Michelle is passionate about Flagstaff’s growth—especially the Southside, where her family’s boutique brokerage is based. Outside of real estate, she embraces the mountain lifestyle, from snowboarding at Arizona Snowbowl to biking and running local trails—helping clients not just find a property, but a place they love to live.

Michelle has two miniature dachshunds, Max and Chili Bean.
